Import an HTML or ZIP

The HTML or ZIP file upload feature simplifies managing your email campaigns by allowing you to easily import content. This feature offers increased flexibility to customize your emails while ensuring smooth integration of images.

How It Works

When you create or edit a campaign (classic, transactional, or A/B Test), in the "Content" section, you have two options:

  • Use the Editor
  • Import an HTML or ZIP

Import an HTML File

  • Click the "Import an HTML or ZIP" button.

  • A panel opens on the right side of your screen.

  • Click "Browse" to select an HTML or ZIP file from your computer, or drag and drop the file into the import module.

  • If your HTML file contains already hosted images, Mindbaz detects it and suggests hosting these images in Mindbaz.

For best deliverability practices, we recommend always hosting images in Mindbaz so their URLs use your sending domain!

  • Click "Import HTML (and images)"

  • Once the upload is complete, the panel closes, and you are redirected to the HTML editor where you can view and edit the imported content.

Import a ZIP

  • Follow the same initial steps as for uploading an HTML file.
  • Select a ZIP file containing an HTML file and an images folder.
  • Click "Import HTML (and images)" to start the upload.

Once the upload is complete, you will be redirected to the HTML editor where you can view and edit your content.

Image Management

  • Hosting Images: If you choose to host the images, they will be stored in a directory specific to your campaign. You can verify their presence in the "Images" menu.
  • Non-Hosted Images: If you decide not to host the images, the URLs in your HTML code will remain unchanged.

Common Errors

  • Unsupported Formats: Ensure your file is in HTML or ZIP format. Other formats are not accepted.
  • ZIP Structure: The ZIP file must contain a single HTML file and, if necessary, an images folder.
  • Image Format: Images must be in JPG, GIF, or PNG format and should not exceed 800KB.
